My name is Anne, and with me is my dog Sophii.  Together we have an all natural pet treat and food business called Sophii's Choice.   She is the small dog entrepreneur, and I am Sophii’s human, caregiver, and master chef!

When we brought Sophii home as a puppy, it was important to me that she be raised with all natural foods.  Here began a great journey into learning about diet, cooking and baking for dogs.  As a natural health practitioner, and avid supporter of wholistic eating , this venture into canine nutrition has been exhilarating, eye-opening, and just plain fun!

My goal has always been to provide her with food that is organic, locally grown, and made to address the health of her whole body through real food.  The meats used are from local farmers, as are the fruits and vegetables whenever possible.  I make the bone broth, grow my own herbs, and cultivate my own kombucha and kefir. 
I often shared these treats with friends and neighbours, and a small community of like-minded pet parents formed.  From their enthusiasm our adventure into this fun project called Sophii’s Choice began.

Since May of 2015 this little business has grown and we now offer Whole Food meals for dogs as well as treats and foods for our feline friends, bringing my love of the kitchen and wholistic cooking full circle!  I hope your fur-babies enjoy these treats, meals and skin & fur care as much as Sophii does, and that you can ease your mind knowing that you are giving your pet a healthy all-natural alternative.

Sophii's Choice Field to Bowl Barkery is located in Owen Sound, and sells at the Owen Sound Farmers' Market every Saturday, year round.  You can also find us online and around the region in shops and at Port Elgin Market and seasonal craft shows.  We hope to see you soon!
